Refunds & Returns Policy

At LovingYourYou.com, we strive to provide high-quality self-improvement services through group sessions that support your personal growth journey. Because our services are digital, scheduled, and interactive, special considerations apply regarding refunds and returns.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund Requests Before Sessions Begin:
  Refunds may only be requested before the first group session of a purchased series has started. If you decide not to participate, you must submit your refund request in writing (via email to [insert contact email]) no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the first session.

• After Sessions Have Started:
  Once a user has attended (or had access to attend) the first session of a purchased series, no refunds will be granted, regardless of attendance or participation.

Transfers and Substitutions

• In certain cases, we may allow you to transfer your registration to a future session series or substitute another participant in your place, provided this request is made prior to the first session. These requests will be considered at the sole discretion of LovingYourYou.com.

Technical Issues

• If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the session, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, failure to have adequate internet access or necessary technology does not qualify for a refund once the sessions have begun.

How to Request a Refund

• Full name

• Email address associated with your account

• Proof of purchase

• Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

• Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts

• Partial attendance in a series

• Digital resources or bonus materials provided in conjunction with the program
